This property is gorgeous, clean and spacious. The little neighborhood is friendly and it was so nice to sit out at night in the hot tub and in the chairs around the fire pit with my morning coffee. Our family enjoyed the area. Sandpoint is GORGEOUS and this house was peaceful.

We have been going to Sandpoint annually for over a decade, and really enjoyed the place! It was an extremely clean and well organized house, coupled with fantastic communication.

The house is very cute and charming as shown in the photos. We booked it for our friends who were visiting us from out of town. They stayed here and said everything was great!

This place is really the perfect rental! Beds were comfy, the place was adorable and clean, a quick drive to skiing, and the hot tub was delightful after a long day on the mountain. Also the host was wondering! 100000% would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Masen was incredibly helpful and responsive to every question and specific we sent his way. He went over and above every single time when we had a request. The spaces were immaculate. The furnishings, comfortable. The vibe was thoroughly relaxing. The indisputable highlight was the hot tub at the end of each crisp April evening in northern Idaho! I cannot recommend this getaway enough. We hope to return!

This was our first time using Vrbo for travel and the experience was effortless. Masen’s response time to any inquiries was Immediate and the location of this place couldn’t have been more perfect! Just a few minutes outside of all the local hot spots! It’s tucked away in a cute little neighborhood so it’s not in the middle of everything which is something we liked. The backyard with the hot tub right next to the trees and with the lights it’s so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back. We loved Sandpoint!!!

Great location to Sandpoint and Schweitzer. Great amenities in the property. The host did everything he could to make us comfortable! Top notch. Loved the firepit and the hot tub with lights! Everything we needed was in the unit (in the kitchen, bathrooms and the bedroom). There was plenty of wood (and fire starter) and appreciated the skewers for our S’mores! All was in “like new” condition. Appreciated the fans everywhere. I loved sitting outside in the chairs (in the mornings) to read in the warm summer air. Appreciated the personal welcome note and an easy access with a door code. Thanks for everything!

This was a first class experience for us. I brought my son and a friend on a ski trip and we couldn't have been more pleased with the property. It seems like the house was brand new and everything was clean and readily accessible. The communication with the owner was great also. I would highly recommend this especially for such a good price.
