'Leuke week gehad in Castelnaud. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en stuurde ons nog wat informatie over ridder/tempelier Hugues de Payns, die een plekje heeft in de tuin. Mooi huis, met een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad, met uitzicht op het kasteel en op de beboste vallei. Voor rustzoekers ideaal: naast af en toe de kerkklok ( van het mooie oude kerkje dichtbij) hoor je alleen het gezang van heel veel vogels: indrukwekkend en rustgevend tegelijk. 'We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by its charm and its tranquil surroundings. The house is absolutely stunning, every detail has been carefully thought out. From the tasteful decor to the high end appliances. 'De vakantiewoning heeft een intieme huiselijke sfeer waar je jezelf meteen thuis voelt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de schaduwrijke en geheel afgezette tuin was een paradijs voor onze hond. Wij hebben het er uitstekend naar onze zin gehad en komen zeker nogmaals terug. Belves zelf is een aanrader en ligt in een zeer aantrekkelijke regio, waar veel mogelijkheden zijn om actief, passief of cultureel vakantie te vieren.'

'Bon séjour, bonne communication avec le propriétaire des lieux, maison spacieuse pour 11 personnes ! Manque de propreté en général ! Araignées...fourmis...protéges matelas et oreillers douteux ! 'Fantastisch, zeer complete woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij, 2 gezinnen (kinderen 11 - 16) werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren die naast de woning wonen. Het huis is schoon, heeft een complete keuken (vaatwasser, bonenkoffie, grote Amerikaanse koelkast). Het zwembad is in combinatie met de jacuzzi en sauna een echte toevoeging. Het huis ligt zeer rustig gelegen, 's avonds is het heerlijk stil en erg donker. Op 800 meter is in het dorp een winkeltje waar brood en andere...

'Le jardinier nous a laissé les cles , ne connaissait pas la maison , n'avait pas le code pour la WIfi . Pour la sortie nous étions prets à 9h00 avons envoyé des messages à la femme de ménage sans réponse et au jardinier qui nous a répondu à 10h que l'on pouvait partir en laissant les clés dans la boite à clé il n'était pas au courant de notre départ !
