The pool and garden of the villa overlook the surrounding mountains, adding a serene relaxing atmosphere for your holiday. Ideally placed, the stunning beach of Puerto Pollensa is just over 5 minutes' drive away. There are plenty of seafront restaurants to try, a stylish marina and a weekly market to tempt you. Back at the villa, enjoy the privacy and sundowners under the covered terrace at the end of each perfect day. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating is included in all bedrooms and the living area.

Villa Vinya Maria has an enviable location with the picturesque mountains and surrounding countryside as your neighbours. Yet this villa is just over 5 minutes’ drive from Puerto Pollensa, with its lovely golden sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The nearby, stylish marina has plenty of seafront restaurants and bars to try when the sun goes down. For a culture and traditional feel, visit the Old town of Pollensa, just a 10 minute drive away with cobbled streets, authentic town square and stone buildings.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
