Villa Guaita is in a great countryside position, a short drive from Pollensa Old Town. The town has a choice of excellent Spanish restaurants and shops, plus the facilities and beaches of both Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are nearby too. This charming 3 bedroom semi detached house has superb views over the open countryside to the mountains, as well as a spacious lawned garden. You'll also have WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms included.

Villa Guaita is in a great location, positioned midway between Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. A huge choice of both traditional and modern restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and attractions are all within a short drive, as well as a number of great beaches. Golfers are also catered for with 2 great courses in the area, and families will love the nearby waterpark!

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
