The main entrance leads to a spacious open-plan living-dining room. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal for enjoying a good book or pleasant conversation with family or friends. The dining area, decorated with wooden details, features a long table and matching chairs, perfect for sharing enjoyable meals.

The villa has a charming design with high wooden-beamed ceilings and white walls that bring freshness and style. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious dishes during your holiday.

From the living room, you access the two bedrooms. A bright double bedroom, furnished with wooden pieces, is located to the right, while at the end of the living room there is a room with two single beds, both with large windows offering views of the outdoor patio. Opposite the double bedroom, there is a full bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Following local sustainability initiatives, the air conditioning operates from 9pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm.

Outdoor: Nature and comfort
From the kitchen, a door leads to the spacious rear terrace, where a covered porch with a large table and chairs invites you to enjoy outdoor moments. This space is perfect for relaxing with a glass of local wine, while others enjoy a barbecue or a dip in the private pool, framed by a spectacular landscape with the mountains in the background. The outdoor area also has a full bathroom with a shower, for added convenience.

Just a few minutes' drive away are the beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç. In Puerto Pollença, you can relax in the sun or enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. Cala Sant Vicenç, with its four small coves of crystal-clear waters, offers a picturesque setting with mini markets, local restaurants and spectacular sea views.
