Casa Rosada (the pink house) is a delightful townhouse in the beautiful, residential coastal village of Cala San Vicente.



The outside space is well designed. There is a small garden, a newly paved dining area and a wonderful built-in barbecue - you can escape the heat of the summer here and enjoy the natural shade of the pine trees.



This townhouse has an incredible private rooftop hot tub, with impressive sea views - the ultimate place to enjoy the sunset.

Built over three storeys, the ground floor has a bright, open-plan living/dining area, with new furniture, a large Smart TV and wood burning stove (ideal for winter breaks). There is a good-sized sunny dining terrace off the living room which overlooks the pool and a pretty forest. So relaxing! This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen



On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom has a 140cm bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The second bedroom is also a double room and there is a third single, bedroom. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.



The house is just five minutes´ walk to the spectacular beaches in Cala San Vicente. The resort offers diving, kayaking and stand-up paddle.

There are also some excellent local restaurants within easy walking distance, some with sea views, as well as 'Modesto', a real find which offers tasty Mediterranean cuisine almost on your doorstep! This house really does tick a lot of boxes!
