Villa Form is an amazing house with a lovely gardens in the heart of Cala San Vicente with superb views to the surrounding mountains and famous cliffs of the Cavall Bernat and very close to Pollensa oldtown.



Inside the house there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area split into two levels. From here there is access to the two large terraces and garden.



There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and this follows through to the laundry room. A passageway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms at the rear: one double en suite with shower and the other two are twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms benefit of A/C units.



There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible.

The mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and holm oak and lead to a built-in barbecue and on to the gorgeous huge pool (14 x 7 mts.) with small waterfall feature.



This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a unique villa, since it is extremely unusual to find one with such a big pool and garden, but at the same time so close to the beach and other amenities of the area.

Villa Form it is very close to the cozy town of Pollensa with the famous 365 steps of Calvary with its stunning views of the town. In Pollensa there are a wide variety of bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants such as "Q11" and Restaurante “U Plaça". The beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are very close. The next golf course is Golf Pollensa.
