TD Palazzo Fiume 2 – Above the Square

TD Palazzo Fiume 2 is located on the second floor of an elegant noble building with an exclusive view of Piazza Aldo Moro, in the heart of Polignano a Mare.
Access to the property is through the impressive front door that leads to the shared entrance hall of the building, where there is an elevator that easily reaches all levels of the property.
The apartment opens onto a bright and spacious living area characterized by white beamed ceilings, large windows that provide pleasant natural light and a modern and welcoming decor. The open-plan environment houses the living room with comfortable sofas and Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, in a modern style, ideal for sharing pleasant moments with friends.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. One has a standard double bed, while the other is furnished with a French bed.
The apartment has an elegant bathroom with large open shower, characterized by a contemporary style and fine finishes.
Thanks to its privileged location, Dimora Modugno allows you to easily walk to the historic center of Polignano a Mare, with its renowned restaurants, clubs, boutiques and all the main services. The property is also an ideal starting point for visiting some of the most beautiful towns in Puglia, including Monopoli, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Ostuni and the Itria Valley.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
