The fenced courtyard features a 40 m2 heated swimming pool, equipped with a waterfall and a counter-current swimming system, and guests can enjoy themselves on the poolside loungers or relax in the jacuzzi. The summer kitchen, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a large dining table, is perfect for preparing meals outdoors. The villa also offers a sauna, a children's playground, table tennis equipment, a small football pitch and outdoor seating for enjoying the fresh air.
The spacious 400 m2 villa includes the main building, an annex and a summer kitchen. The main building has 4 elegant bedrooms with double beds, 4 luxurious bathrooms and two balconies, ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee. The ground floor, which is completely open plan, features a modern space with a kitchen, dining room and living room, richly illuminated by natural light. The annex is the real gem of this villa, with a spacious bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a large dining room with a fireplace and its own kitchen. In the basement of the annex there is an entertainment area with billiards, table football, darts and a PlayStation console, while wine lovers can enjoy the wine room with a bar. With 5 double beds, sofas and extra beds, Villa Quercus can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people, and more beds will be available upon request.
