'Our family had the most amazing time during our stay over the 4th of July weekend! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk (about two blocks) to a quiet and peaceful stretch of beach. Every day, we made the most of it, thanks to Angie’s thoughtful touches. She provided beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and even let us use her wagon, which made hauling all the kids’ gear a breeze. 'Would stay here again just for the location. Steps to the boardwalk and beach. In a quieter section but easily walkable up to the aquarium and boardwalk shops. Coffee shop, donut shop, restaurants and ice cream all within a few blocks. Quickly got responses to any questions I had. A few tips:Parking wasn't as bad as I thought from reading previous posts. There's a small white gravel area in front of the house which is where you park, not the driveway like it seems in the photos. Easily fit 2...

'Cute little spot. It was perfect for our needs as we were in town for a dance competition. Clean and nicely decorated . Great location to walk to boardwalk and around town. Parking was good for one car. If you had more than one car would be a little less convenient. Only suggestions we would have are a dish drainer/rack for washing dishes. and some soap in the bathroom. Other than that - we loved it!'

Quiet nights but yet still only 3 blocks away from the boardwalk is awesome. Cleanliness is A, and Dave and Allyson are so helpful with restaurant suggestions and anything else that arises!
