'The hotel was better than some of the reviews we read. Sure, it was a bit tired, but overall the location was lovely. The rooms were fine. The views were especially nice. It wasn't terribly expensive at least off season. The staff was friendly and helpful.'

'I loved that I was able to bring my doggies. The only complaint and this is not the hotel fault, is that even when you know guest have to pick up after their pets, I unfortunately still found a few drops in the grass, meaning people do not pick up their pets poops. Besides that, my stayed was really nice.'

'Very nicely renovated staff was very helpful.'

'A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay.'

'Upon arrival we were shocked to see complete front entrance demolition/ remodeling! We honestly thought the place was closed and we were at the wrong location! After a few seconds, we notice temporary arrow signs leading us to a temporary entrance. Thank goodness. Staff greeting was professional and pleasant. No mention of the demo. We were promptly checked in and given our room #. Room was wonderful and no complaints other than location. First floor, right next to "new entrance" and double...

'Heel fijn hotel. Kamer ruim genoeg. Goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ligging en makkelijk om op de hoofdweg te komen. De niet roken Kamer rook helaas nog wel naar rook. '
