The villa features a heated/cooled 23 sqm infinity pool with hydromassage and a spacious grass plot with deck chairs, perfect for relaxation, alongside a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi (hot tub) that invites you to unwind while taking in panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. Expansive outdoor terraces provide comfortable lounge areas, a covered dining area with barbecue, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco dining amidst serene surroundings.
Inside, the villa boasts bright, airy open-plan interiors that seamlessly blend comfort and sophistication.
