'Really nice, comfortable and clean appartment in a great location'

'When I got there, the apartment was already occupied by a stranger and I had to get an alternative at 10pm.'

'Das Bett ist zu niedrig'

'With the easy access to everything pilzen it made it so easy to enjoy this beautiful city. Everything was within an easy 10 minute walk. The architecture of the building was very unique and pleasing. our host responded immediately on any question we had. What a wonderful place to get engaged. Thank you.'

'No key handover. Slow communication and doubled parking fee than previously announced (20 Euro per day) We had to wait outside in the cold for 30min even though we notified the host several time before arriving (30 minutes via telephone). '

This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks'

'nice, clean and comfy rooms with everything one could need to have a good time'

'Beautiful, spacious, and in the perfect location, I would absolutely recommend this place!'

'Sehr Gut!. Alles wie abgebildet.'

'Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver.'
