'Hotel is clean and comfortable, the only remark is that the heating was super high the entire time and we heard several other people at reception complaining that it feels like 45 degrees in the room. We opened the windows and that mainly solved the issue. The location is good, walking distance to the port and many restaurants and the staff was helpful'

'I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That...

'A estadia foi ótima,o hotel tem excelente localização, paralelo a rua principal, restaurantes e lojas a pouca distância. Ficamos no segundo andar,da janela se via a montanha com neve. No último dia a pressão da água quente estava com mal funcionamento no segundo andar e tivemos q passar para o 1°. No primeiro andar se ouve muito o barulho dá rua e das pessoas transitando , então prefira o segundo andar. O café foi o mesmo por 8 dias, sim é pouca coisa,mas é reposto. 'La anfitriona es excelente, así como el apartamento. Hermoso, cómodo, agradable, muy espacioso. La vista de las montañas alrededor es impresionante. Nosotros fuimos en invierno, entonces se veían todos los nevados. Queda bastante cerca del centro del pueblo, lo único es que es cuesta, así que si se camina desde el centro tiene que estar listo de subir gradas e ir cuesta arriba, pero igual se puede tomar un taxi y es muy económico.
