Check in was very easy, communication with the property owner was faultless and the location was in nice quiet residential area. 'We rented this apartment with two friends so we both had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice, clean and more than enough basics available like towels. Location is close to bars and restaurants, max 10 minutes walk. We did not walk to the beach, probable that's a 10 mins extra. We were in the region to play golf for 3 days so we cannot say anything about the surroundings, but the golf courses were great and close! Thanks Dimitri for letting us stay in your house!'

'It's a lovely place, great values for money! Neat and comfortable, plenty of kitchen amenities which I love to have when traveling with family. The pool is great and super clean. The communication with the owner and the key keeper was outstanding! They were very proactive and provided all the necessary info before check in. Lovely people to deal with. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone!'

'We’ve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish temperture👌 Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.'

'Overall the appartment suited all our needs,had everything you need. It is a little bit further out than we expected but on a good bus route,bus fare only 1.55 cents each per journey which is great. January/ February time there isn't a lot around about that is open. There is an Aldi which is only a 5/10 minute walk away which is handy. Martin was always at the end of a phone for any questions at all,very helpful.'

'Het was voor ons een eerste keer spanje en eerste keer via vrbo. Een echte aanrader. Appartement was meer dan ok. Proper gezellig en alles wat nodig is. Kinderen vonden het geweldig met het zwembad bij. Wij komen zoizo terug!!'

'Just home from a lovely holiday in this large spacious villa. Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. 'Oppervlakte woning was prima, ruime kamer en slaapvertrekken. Badkamer was ook prima. Even een klein probleempje gehad maar dat werd direct door de eigenaar verholpen. Enig jammer punt is dat er geen wifi is zodat communicatie erg moeilijk wordt. Tevens was er geen uitleg over de werking van de TV-installatie waardoor zenderkeuze erg beperkt was'

'The house itself is pretty good, also the equipment is ok. But unfortunately the house was not as clean as expected. Food from prior visitors was left in the kitchen. Dishes where not cleaned properly. Bathroom articles from prior visitors where also left. With a bit more of care, the house could be great.'

"Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers, complete keuken, groot balkon, vlakbij de zee. Het zwembad was nog niet open, jammer, ook geen ligbedden. Iedere dag schoonmaak en handdoeken. Vriendelijke man bij receptie, de appartementen zijn verspreidt over verschillende blokken. We hadden er eerst 1 aan een drukke weg, kregen na een paar dagen een heerljjk rustige, geen probleem!"
