'The hotel is in a very scenic location on a mountain above Zermatt. Transportation was easy with the cable car stop only a five minute walk to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the dinner menu options. The family staff were so welcoming and accommodating. My wife has a mobile scooter and they drove us up the mountain after we arrived at the train station in Zermatt and they helped us to the cable car when the road back to Zermatt...

'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. 'Newer, modern hotel with an elevator. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Pizza at the onsite restaurant was excellent. Only downsides are the room was fairly small and shower while it was spacious with lots of hot water and great water pressure, it’s very slippery. With a king-size bed it’s tight. But bed was comfortable. Bath towels were bigger than most. About a 6 min walk to train station. If you want newer with modern comforts this is a great choice. '

'We actualy were move over to Mont Cervin Palace (Sister property). Wonderful experience. Staff exceptional in every way. Helpfull and friendly. Property: wonderful. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Pool was very nice. We were primarily hiking in the area so it was nice to have a pool available at the end of a long day in the mountains. Location: centre of the town. Everything is walkable. Loads of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes. I recommend and would stay here again.'
