'I had a Lovely welcome at this nice appartement. Igor is a lovely guy with a very good energy! He welcomed & informed about EVERYTHING I needed and wanted to know about the area of Valencia I was in. Thank you IGOR & I will surely be staying in your lovely place again when I am back!'

'Valencia was our 3rd stop after Madrid and Barcelona. The unit a was apparently a converted store front a few blocks back from the beach and boardwalk. It had everything we needed including a washer/dryer combo unit. It took a while to dry clothes but worked well otherwise. The bed was very comfortable. The unit is on ground level of a somewhat busy street so there is some noise to deal with but this didn't turn out to be an issue for us. Be aware restaurants near by tend to close earlier than...

'Heel netjes, alles voorzien maar de urbanisatie viel tegen. Veel grote blokken appartementen, niet mijn stijl, en weinig eetgelegenheden die open waren en geen enkele kledingwinkel of souvenirwinkels.'

Kommunikation mit Agentur sehr gut (Englisch), gute Erklärungen und Dokumentationen wie die Wohnung zu finden ist und wie man in die Garage gelangt. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Highlight ist der Balkon!Die Negativ Punkte (subjektiv): die Stromversorgung ist nicht so super - beide Klimaanlagen aktiv - Sicherung fliegt raus. 'Super verblijf in een zeer mooi appartement, de enige opmerking die we hebben is dat het bed klein was 1.9x1.5m en zeer hard. '

Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione. Inoltre, come indicato, viene richiesto un deposito di eur 150. La posizione dell’appartamento è fronte mare, molto bella!'
