'Jean-Brice was a perfect host. His breakfast was made by himself and so delicious. He is a nice man. We had a room for two people with a shower and sink. The bathroom was across our room, but that wasn't bad at all. The district is great, close to the Eiffel Tower.'

'Great location. We were able to walk from the train station to the apartment. It is in the 6th floor and a little narrow stairs for carrying up a full sized suitcase. No AC but the window open was pretty good to cool the place at night. We had 3 bath towels but no hand towels. Great communication with the host. Instructions to get in and lock up were very clear. We would return. '

The flat was a perfect size (I'd say great up to 4 people) and well equipped. Communication with Bea was flawless and easy. Loved the location and proximity to all of my favorite places to visit in Paris. Highly recommend and look forward to staying on my next trip! '
