All the rooms we saw are smelly, the linen in all the rooms have not been changed, bins in one of the rooms we saw our full the carpet in all the rooms were very, very dirty and very smelly. Overall, the feeling as you enter, the room was unpleasant, and our experience was so bad that we requested them cancellation for reservation and went to a different place to stay the night.

We arrived to this property and we are greeting nicely at the front desk. The problem with the property. It is not properly maintained and kept clean so we had to first get a room in the room was dirty. The beds were visibly dirty like you didn’t even have to pull anything up dirty there were stains on the bed. The curtains were ripped and so we asked for another room. The room we got was still not up to normal people standards, we had to BUY our own pillows and sheets for this hotels, along with fresheners, wipes, and room cleaners. This room was Smokey. If you are asking why we didn’t change hotels
 we are 22 year olds, going to a wedding out of town. We had strict schedules to adhere to, which meant no time spending EVEN more money booking a different hotel.

Sounds like I should be glad I didn’t stay here based on other reviews I had this hotel booked for the golf US Open a year in advance. 3 months before the stay I received an email stating my reservation was being cancelled. I called to find out why and they told me the hotel was being demolished before the tournament. It’s still on Expedia to reserve a room?

It’s just to sleep for a night.

It was what I expected. It was not luxurious but I slept well and the room was clean. Better than some of the reviews.

Wow, hot water, yay!

Okay let's start with the heater which was on full blast even though it was warm outside and couldn't be changed to anything else so I had to unplug it and sleep with my door open. The comforter had many brown stains on it. There was an ashtray and the room and the place reeked of cigarettes...like is that even legal these days? The shower was covered in stains on the wall though admittedly the pressure was good and the water was hot. The television was super blurry with lines running through each channel. The sink was cracked and the cracks had grime I could clean out of them. The ironing board was falling apart as well as the refrigerator shelves. And when I tried to forget all this by making myself a cocktail there was no ice bucket to be found. All this made me nervous to even try the free breakfast so I left hungry.

The room was dirty especially the bathroom. The bedspread and sheets had stains on them and we had to remake the bed to make the bottom sheet stay on the bed. Two of the lights over the sink were out. My husband had to clean the sink in order for it to be used. The door was peeling inside and out and didn't seem very secured. The ground fault outlet by the sink didn't work. The toilet did not feel very secured to the floor.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to be evaluated by the health department. This was one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. The staff there was terrible....front desk worker who supposedly was the manager appeared to be high and not a care in the world. After checking in went to our room and the door was shut but did not shut completely and the cold draft was coming through.The heat did not work and the rooms look liked it had not been clean fro mthe prior guest. This was probably the worst quality hotel ever! Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time

Rooms was dirty every bed was dirty they switched us 4 times and each time was worse just disgusting ,, Pittsburgh is good that hotel was filtthy pictures dont match the ones they promote

The bedding was not clean. We stayed for two days and were never visited by housekeeping. The door closed but there was no weather stripping so you could see light around the door. With the temperature in the teens, the heater ran all night and could not get the room above 69F.

Won't go back, ever.

First room was not safe; it did not have a door that locked. We had to go down to Registration Ofc to get a new room/key and traded our card key for another room. The bathroom was dirty; hair on the floor and on top of tub. Mirror wasnt cleaned properly; it had milky streaks across it in its entirety. Refrigerator light did not come on when we opened the door.

Bad stay

When we arrived the hotel room had no working TV and the bathroom was falling apart, ask for another room, that room had no smoke alarm, door did not lock and again no working TV, asked for another room got a smoke alarm lick for the door and again no working TV, was late around 1am and just settled for that room as we were exhausted, had issues every day with our room key not working.. would not recommend this hotel to anyone..would lije to speak with the hotel manager regarding this

we had to change rooms 3 times because of problems in rooms that could not be fixed. the first room had a tv that did not work, they changed us to another room and the toilet leaked all over the bathroom. them changed us to the third room and the heat did not work. They wanted to switch us to a fourth room but by this time it was 9:30 pm and we didn't want to pack and unpack for a fourth time. all in all it was a very bad situation.

Filthy-stay away

FILTHY! 1/2 bag of Fritos under pillow, candy wrapper on floor, cob webs in vanity lights, cigarette burns on bed, light burnt out, NO breakfast, empty coffee at 9 AM, so I had to find and restock- but all coffee was EXPIRED. Signs everywhere leading to Ice Machine that didn't exist. Room ice bucket was used as garbage can and had garbage in it.

It was alright

It met the bare minimum standards for a decent stay: friendly staff, clean sheets and towels, plenty of hot water, functional HVAC, a waffle maker at breakfast. The location is very convenient. It's an old and shabby property so if you want to feel like you're staying in a nice place, avoid this. It should be priced as a bottom of the barrel property but other than that it was acceptable.
