« The only two possible good things about this place is d at the front desk and Mark in maintenance. The floors were sticky, our TV was broken, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, the waitress didn't show up for breakfast so all that was offered when paying for breakfast was muffins, luckily Dee was amazing and she made things right with us. The parking situation is complicated there was no valet when we arrived so we sat in our car for 10 minutes wondering what we needed to do, will definitely never...

« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though. »

« Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! « The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. »

« We needed a place to stay when we had an extended power outage. The room and hotel were so clean, the staff was excellent, and this is a great location. I have recommended this location for anyone needing a place to stay in Oakland, as it’s so convenient for anyone at Pitt or UPMC. The food was great as well! »

« Key card not available, I had no keys for my whole stay and had to wait for someone to come let me in my room, hence did not feel safe or comfortable. Credit card system was down, they only accepted cash. Not staying here again. »

« We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). « Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. »

« I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood.
