Including a delicious breakfast delivered to our door. The kids enjoyed the pool while my husband and I relaxed poolside. Definitely coming back for a longer stay next time.'

'We were not able to do “room select” and check in via the Hilton app. We were told because booked thru Expedia. We wanted 3 rooms together and while 2 were close, one was on separate floor. View was not what we hoped for. TV wasn’t working properly-told service provider issue. Not the end of the world but disappointing.'

'Nice room and friendly staff, but that's about it. The breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel and the pool needs work. There was no tiki bar like described and birds poo-ed all over the pool deck and furniture. They even swam in the pool which you can't really help, but someone should be out there cleaning the pool deck and furniture during pool hours.'

'De kamers waren in orde. Koelkastje en eigenlijk alles wat hè nodig hebt. Het pand zelf ziet er beetje verwaarloosd uit. De reling van het balkon is hier en daar kapot, niet geheel veilig. Het ontbijt is naar onze Europese begrippen erg matig. De ijsblokjes machine deed het wel maar zag er vies uit. '

'You cannot beat this location across from the Assateague Lighthouse or the knowledge and stories of Capt. John who was born and raised on the island! We made the most of our 2 night stay. Very clean and well maintained family run property. The 11 small cottages are well situated with basic amenities. We took advantage of both sunset and sunrise cruises as well as the water taxi to a private beach. There are also kayak and small boat rentals. Had a fire on shore and looked at the stars....

'Although the room we stayed in was very outdated, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC cooled the room very well. The staff at the front desk was very nice.'
