« Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any. »

« This is my family's second stay and we absolutely love it! The owners are super friendly and always asking if everything is okay.
The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is good and always fresh and hot.
The hot tub is amazing!

« I am from the SE Iowa area and when I come home for a visit I always stay at the Hotel Ottumwa! I've been going there for breakfast since I was a little girl. Best stay around and such a beautiful building. Staff is great and the food is amazing! »
