The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. 'Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room.
