The dock may become wet or slippery, and water conditions can change. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times near the dock and waterfront. Please exercise caution and use the area responsibly. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the host/property management is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from unsafe, negligent, or improper use of the dock or waterfront area.

**Boathouse:**
The boathouse is **NOT included in the rental and is strictly off-limits to guests**. Please do not enter, access, open, or use the boathouse at any time during your stay.

**Two Separate Units:**
Please note that this property contains **two completely separate units**. This Airbnb listing is exclusively for the **ground floor and second floor** of the home. The other unit is separate and is not included as part of this reservation.

Please do not park your car on the neighbor's Driveway or on the street it may result in ticket by the city.

According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house can sleep 6 people and over all limit of 10 people after 10pm all visitors must vacate the premises.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside, and must collect cigarette butts in the provided tray or dispose of them in the trash. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, street, or neighbor’s property.

Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am

Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.

Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins

Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.
