My stay at ASHLEE Heights Hotel Patong was disappointing overall. The room quality was not good and did not justify the high price. The bed did not even have a headrest, which made it uncomfortable. There was also no view from the balcony, which was very disappointing.
The hotel charges highly for what it offers. No complimentary water bottles were provided in the room, which is basic for most hotels. The room service was very poor and unresponsive.
There is only one lift in the hotel, and it is extremely slow, causing long waiting times. At check-in, the hotel required either my passport or a 2000 baht cash deposit as security, which was only returned after room inspection at checkout. This process felt inconvenient and unnecessary.
Overall, the experience was not worth the price, and I would not recommend this hotel based on room quality, service, and facilities.
