The property itself was very nice. The units are very modern and I loved the access to the pool area and court yard. What I didn't like was the lack of supplies in the unit. We booked for a week and I would have expected to have enough basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues for that week. We could request online but it would only allow us to request 1 item at a time. Also, the kitchen supplies were next to nothing. No dish cloths, tea towels, a very small bottle of dish soap. We choose a condo so that we could cook our meals to save on costs but it was difficult without having the proper utensils. Another issue I had was when we were in the party room, we were very respectful for noise for the units around but still was asked to shut it down at 10 p.m. We're on vacation! Unless we're making a huge ruckus, I don't see what the issue is. Same with the courtyard. We were very quiet and respectful and were told we had to go back to our units like we were kids. As much as I liked the building itself, I doubt that I would stay there again.

Cute unit with everything I needed. Very comfortable. I had issues getting checked in remotely and was trying to get help via text. I could not access any help by phone. The additional parking fee and app I needed to install in order to purchase parking (for $25/night!) was a real hassle. It would be so much better to just include it in the price up front. The person at the desk when I arrived (which I didn't realize would be there) was really helpful. The people who were texting me when I was trying to sort out the parking, check in, etc., were not very helpful, which was pretty frustrating. Could definitely use some improvements with customer service.

We liked the location but were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the apartment. The floors were so dirty our socks turned black. The carpets and furniture had lots of stains. The shampoo bottles were empty and the towel rack was coming off the wall.

Great and comfortable aparthotel. Nice location and pool. Buyer beware: there is no housekeeping service unless you pay a lot extra each time !?!?!; TV has no cable; Parking is a daily charge per night; all is done online and lots of work in advance to check in and reserve parking; front desk not manned 24/7 and need codes to access things so if you're not tech saavy it's a chore.

One of our rooms had immense cigarette damage. There is no number to call for service. There is a number that you can text but it is an offshore customer service operation where they bounce you around between different reps to give you the run around until you give up. The smell and air quality was so bad that we were waking up coughing and congested. They told us they were escalating the issue to a manager but could not get anyone in the phone, and each time we followed up they would revert the request back down to the operational level (beginning). The second room we had was great but they would not do anything about the room with smoke damage and communication was a 0/10.

People were very nice. Bed sheets were not good (too small, stained, and ripped … had to get new ones and it was also ripped), closet door knob was not connected and laying in the floor. Bath towels were too few and stained. No shelf in shower and out of shower gel (had to request more). Property conditions had definitely dropped since previous stay and price increased.

The traffic all night on Scottsdale Drive is incredibly loud. Worse than NY! Only other complaint would be NO Coffee Pot. Which is huge for me. Had to walk a mile or 1.5 miles for coffee depending on how early places opened. I like to drink my coffee as soon as Inwake up, in my PJ’s. Also the sofa is rock hard. Chair ok. It’s bare bones. But great security measures.

The property and space was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The furnishings otherwise were a little sparse, especially in living area. No patio furniture. The kitchen was not well stocked with cooking utensils. No coffeemaker which seemed very odd. The biggest deal was the fact we were given one set of towels per person (2). And no pool towels. We stayed for 4 nights. We requested more and they said that they were going to contact housekeeping but we never saw any. It’s unfortunate because this a great vacation option but the execution and extra care was lacking making it more disappointing than anything.

Nice property
Good property and grounds. Units are nice, but need a coffee maker! Coffee in the lobby was ok, yet you have no creams, flavors. Be prepared to pay for parking in the attached garage ($25 per day). Still a good place to stay and good location.

We had a great stay. We weren't able to get an early check-in but the parking sign up was easy, the stay was quiet, the common areas and the apartment were beautiful. Only complaint might be the lack of amenities in the kitchen. I'd have liked a coffee pot (though there was a coffee machine in the lobby), drying towels and a few more utensils and serving bowls.

Very convenient and clean property. Amenities provided are very minimum but they say you can ask for more. I was there over a week, so I ended up getting my own basics. Pool and hot tub are lovely. Would stay again!

Property tried to reach out to me privately to cancel my reservation last minute without going through hotels.com! After going back and forth with the front desk agent and the property manager whom was not on sight, a room magically appeared. The front desk agent told me they were fully booked and that they’d cancel someone else’s reservation to get me. The lack of communication and the entire ordeal caused me to miss a sporting event I had already purchased tickets. The next day I came back to speak with the manager in person to request a refund for the first night, she brushed me off. Outrageous, unprofessional behavior from each staff member we encountered.

Bad place, look elsewhere to be happy.
Checking in was difficult because the front door was locked and no one was at the front desk. While trying to use the chat text app no one was responding. Finally some one came to the door minutes later. The parking is on another app that I wasn’t told to download until in the property. Had to move my car and reserve a spot on the app for $30+ dollars a night. Better options than this place all over Scottsdale. The apartment was large but not clean. The towels were tattered and torn. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of service. There were only three hangers in the closet. The advertisement was inaccurate because this place is for corporate stays not vacation stays. All things bad here. Bed was the worst. I never got a good night sleep any of the nights I was there. The staff seemed like they were trying to avoid the guests at all times.

Nice Apartments Don't Make for Good Hotel Stays
There is a check-in process that must be completely on your mobile device, preferably well in advance of getting there. The location is proximate to many wonderful places. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Know that this is an apartment complex and that the management of the single-hotel-like stay is run by some other entity. If there are any problems you are on your own and they cannot possibly resolve them. I wasn't able to access my room for multiple hours and they could do nothing to help me. The wifi wasn't enabled for my stay and they did nothing to fix it.

Everything is perfect! Perfect room, perfect pool, perfect location! It’s right across the street from the mall and a couple of blocks from Old Town Scottsdale. Plus, the canal walkway is right outside the building. We loved our stay and will be back!

Over-Engineered, ZERO Human Touch Experience! Nope
Over-engineered process to check in and get access to your room, with ZERO connection to a human being, EVER in the entire process. This may work for the 20-somethings. If you actually believe "hospitality" should include human interactions, you'll be completely turned off by this hyper-optimized, ZERO touch, ZERO care business model. Not for me - thanks.

Love hotels.com, but will never book this location
Staying at this Sentry location was not ideal. It was represented as a hotel, and not an apartment. They do not accommodate checkin after 5pm, but don’t allow checkin until 4pm. I travel late at night so I can relax and not work while traveling. I ended up locked outside of the building from 11pm until 12:30. The location only had a phone line to leave a VM. The hotel app tried to be helpful, but they too didn’t have a way to contact the location. Finally they found a link that was never sent to me that allowed me to checkin without a person. Immediately after checkin I was charged more than my nightly rate for incidentals and potential key loss. These were not holds on my account, but full charges. I will now have to contest the charges because I didn’t loose the key or damage the property. I always use hotels.com to book travel, and this is the first time I’ve ever had this much trouble with a location.

I just don’t see the value in automated property management. It’s impersonal, and if your busy and not familiar with it, after a long day it’s miserable to try and figure out. Parking garage is confusing because it says second floor but when you want to confirm so you don’t come to a tower vehicle…no one around. It was a nice room but it was no different than a sonesta suites without any of the customer service. Can’t get extra towels, can’t confirm parking, several different codes at several different boxes, no one to ask for help. Iron was missing and I had a presentation, so that stinks. Just another impersonal experience from an increasingly impersonal world. Just sucks. Won’t stay there again.

Great location, quiet
Room was surprisingly spacious and well priced for area. Walking distance of Fashion Square, restaurants. Grocery stores within about a one mile radius. Clean apartment and stocked with a few essentials—roll of paper towels, dish soap, single use laundry soap. Coffee was an electric kettle with instant coffee. Had some pots and pans for cooking but only a single large spoon for cooking utensils. Someone must have accidentally connected to our TV sound bar via Bluetooth because twice loud music scared us half to death shortly after arrival. I just unplugged it while we were there. Building was surprisingly quiet all weekend. Parking was easy but we didn’t realize we had to register our car via an app until we checked out be discovered a tow notice on our car. Everything is tech-y. An attendant was on duty at check in and check out but it appears everything can be done online with the keys available at an electronically controlled mailbox thing on the wall. Hotel information via a QR code on the counter in room. Smart TV so we used our streaming accounts. Liked how the lights were on in our room when we first entered. Good wifi. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom had mold & dry root on wall baseboard corners around stand in shower pan. Door installed on backwards so water comes out when showering. No place other than floor to put bathroom essentials in shower. Smells like mold when walking into room door from entry. Overall sound of vehicles from street traffic constant sound inside room & bedroom when sleeping. No tv in room. Room was not cleaned throughout. Faucets were not wiped down no extra toilet paper & tissues. No tv in bedroom & dresser blocking window curtains when shut.

Horrible check in and checkout process
You can hear between the walls. You can hear every step from upstairs neighbors. I got there at midnight and the check-in process was a nightmare and check out as well. The parking was a headache. Felt like I was always trying to fix a problem.

This is the absolute best option for staying in Scottsdale! It is safe, beautiful, and has a very luxurious atmosphere. Parking cost extra, but the pool, gym, and open flex spaces with games and a pool table make up for it!
