This property should NOT BE ON THE MARKET as a rental. The picture you see of the backyard - clean backyard, lit up nicely, nice patio furniture was not accurate -- The backyard was overgrown with weeds - between 6inches to 2 feet tall. We could not sit around the fire pit, pool was dirty, furniture was old and not in good condition. Lights on pation were missing, burned out. Lights in the bathroom didnt work. The front door lock is installed wrong where you cant shut the door with out turning the door handle. Front entrance was littered with trash. The hot tub was cloudy and foamy, the host did send a person on our first night to treat the hot tub.Window sills, door jambs were dirty. The light colored couch inside was dirty. The house furniture is not comfortable, more like furniture that would be used in a college apartment. Cheap and not good quality.We contacted Property Manager and VRBO - multiple times and was able to secure a reduced fee but the experience at the property was not a positive one. Does the property have potential - Yes but based on this experience and the communication to secure a refund was challenging.
