This property was in great condition, host was amazing. The host went above and beyond with so many details they include that are looked over. The towels were amazing, Sonos throughout the house, complimentary drinks and toiletries, and thermostat set to the temperature we wanted when we showed up. I would absolutely book again and recommend!

Wonderful house and location

The home is spacious and well appointed. The pool was set to warm at our request, and it was a real treat to lounge around in, even on cold winter mornings and evenings. There’s a nice dining table outside next to the pool, a pit BBQ surrounded by the pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a little fire pit on the side lawn. The master bedroom and bath are fantastic, the other rooms I’d rate as just average. We ran into many little problems which did distract from the overall luxury feel. For instance: the microwave had to be held closed by hand in order to turn on, the dishwasher has these odd arms that stick out into the upper tray and get in the way, there isn’t a full set of measuring cups or spoons which was a real hassle as we made Christmas dinner, the tv remote is nearly incomprehensibly complicated, the bumpers on the pool table are falling off in two sections which messes up any ball that hits in that area, and the trash basket in the kitchen is on a sliding device that is falling apart. None of these things was bad enough to drop my star rating, but when you’re paying over a thousand dollars a day, they shouldn’t be there. Communication with the owner was very good. He went out of his way to provide a high chair for our granddaughter, and answered all my questions quickly.The location is in the suburbs, so there’s a 20-30 minute drive to get to just about anywhere. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. Overall, we enjoyed the house very much.

Remarkable Ritz

Am amazing home awaits you! It is everything you could imagine and more! A wonderful relaxing stay with heated pool. My family and I were in the valley for a funeral and it was nice to come home to a serene setting! Thank you!

Wonderful home

Nice clean home with a big pool and kitchen. We stayed here with our grown children to go to a wedding and we all agreed we had a wonderful stay. Kitchen had everything you need to entertain, refrigerator was stocked with waters and sodas and bathrooms had lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We hated to leave it. Nice barbeque overlooking the pool and lake made for a great afternoon too.

Awesome property

Amazing home and just as advertised. We had 6 guys in the home and it was more than enough space. The outside amenities were fantastic and we spent a lot of time grilling and hanging by the pool. Can’t recommend this place enough and we’ll stay here again next year!

Splendid Perfection

There is a reason Christian and this property has a 5-star rating. Both surpassed any and all expectations. Worth every penny. I've never experienced a more responsive and accommodating host. The property was beautifully appointed and stocked with everything anyone could need. If we could've stayed a month, we would have. A family wedding had seven adults in the house, and no one tripped each other or felt constrained. The backyard was a delight, as was the rest of the house. We even reserved Christian's car on Turo, the cherry on top. Don't think about it. Just do it.

Great Property and Great Host

This is a beautiful home with a nice backyard space. Everything we needed to enjoy our friends reunion. Host was awesome to communicate with. No major issues to report. The neighborhood is quiet. Not a good spot if you plan to be noisy but our group did not have any issues.

Great house

The house is great and perfect layout for adults-only guests. There were extra touches everywhere that made us feel at home and the owners were quick to answer any questions. Christian is awesome!! The 9pm outdoor curfew was a bit disappointing for a weekend trip where it was in the 100s and we wanted to take advantage of the pool/bbq amenities at night. We didn't want to have a big party, we just wanted to be outside. We didn't feel fully comfortable with the rigid community.

Perfect 4th of July stay

My family flew to PHX to visit the grand-parents. We stayed here at Ocotillo and were super impressed. We've stayed all over Chandler and the surrounding areas over the last 10 years or so. My family all agreed that this has been our favorite place so far. We loved the location, the pool and the outdoors, despite the heat, was great as well. The house was well-stocked with condiments, spices, etc. I noticed that the host has other properties in the area and will be checking those out in the future.

Perfect location with a beautiful view

We’ve chosen to stay at this home three times while visiting Arizona. The home is perfect with a great pool to enjoy. There’s a small air pump for mattresses, pool towels, a fridge with water and soda and always a beautiful bottle of wine. Well done, you will not be disappointed.

Impressive property, all we wanted and more

Just a lovely place for our family (grandparents, kids, grandkids) to spend spring break. Everything we needed was there. great BBQ pit and kids loved the swim up lunch bar. Heated pool was WONDERFUL at any hour. Easy drive to horseback riding for all ten of us (ages 7-75) and to the Saguaro National Forest.
