Originally built in the 1950s, this home is the perfect balance of renovation and character, while maintaining architecture unique to the historic area - creating the ideal getaway for any group or family – dogs included!

Spend your days in the expansive yard by the Insta-worthy Cowboy pool, hammock, firepit, BBQ grill, or playing backyard games. Then retreat inside to the fully remodeled interior, complete with gourmet kitchen, thoughtfully designed bedrooms, and office space to get some work done.

Located in the heart of Mesa - under 5 minutes from Downtown Mesa, 10 minutes to Cubs Stadium, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes from salt river. Centrally located between Downtown Gilbert and Downtown Scottsdale for additional food, shopping, and entertainment! Day trip to multiple national parks and the must-see Sedona.

Guests will have EXCLUSIVE access to the entire home and private backyard.

Security cameras are installed at the front of the home to monitor occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No security cameras are present inside the property.

Other things to note:

IMPORTANT: Cowboy Pool and backyard amenity availability & conditions are subject to severe weather, particularly during monsoon season. During this time (typically from June to September), heavy downpours, flooding, dust storms, and wind debris may affect the operating condition of backyard amenities. As a result, debris may collect at the bottom of the Cowboy Pool. Pool service providers visit the property between guest stays for scheduled cleaning, but daily service is not provided. Backyard furniture, and other outdoor amenities may also be affected. Our team will make every effort to provide these amenities in the best condition possible, however guests must be advised that certain amenities may not be fully available/operational, and that conditions may vary.

POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO THE POOL WAIVER AND RULES.
By Booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:

1. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to calendar availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.

2. Occupancy is limited to the total number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.

3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, while this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.

4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will result in a fee and removal from the property without refund.

5. Pets are permitted upon approval from host and with an additional fee.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such cases.

7. We understand accidents may occur, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

8. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home.

9. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on the property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.

10. Any items left behind can be sent back for a charge of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

Great place!!

All was great! Looks small from the outside but wait until you enter. We had 7 people and all were comfortable. They did a wonderful job on the renovation, we loved it. The backyard is huge, great for corn hole, or sitting by the fire. The Cowboy pool was adorbale. The pictures don't lie. We had no issues the host was wonderful from beginning to end. Would definitely stay here again!!
