Everything is right here!

This was a 10 for us ! Great central location, close to bike trails, premier golf courses and of course outstanding dining and shopping. In addition The Racquet Club is a very friendly community offering tennis, Pickle Ball courts and several pools to choose from. The unit itself was comfortable, well stocked, and nicely updated. The sunny deck offered a nice view of a manicured green space and one of the pools. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return.

Clean, safe and updated

This property is in a guard-gated community with mature landscaping and even small wildlife (rabbits, birds and an owl hooting). The unit itself has been thoroughly updated with high-end appliances and tastefully decorated. The host is responsive, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there at my next stay in Scottsdale.

The condo is beautiful and Eric was great. Everything you need for a short or extended stay. Pictures are an exact depiction of the premises. The pool is just outside your door . Do not hesitate to book!

Wonderful Place in Central Scottsdale

This property met all of our needs and then some. The location in Central Scottsdale was convenient for golf, restaurants and hiking, yet a bit removed from the hustle/bustle of 101 for more quiet. The unit itself is steps from the pool and, just as importantly, the hot tub for those times when our muscles needed some soothing after hiking and golf. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The actual unit had everything we needed. It appears to have been recently renovated, so everything (including appliances) was new. When renting, it's the "small things" and Eric and his team thought of everything - good pots/pans, a good set of knives, sturdy silverware, plentiful cutting boards, a wine fridge...we felt right at home. We would have booked again, but the unit has already been reserved for next year. Thanks, Eric - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great condo for a longer stay

Nicely refurbished and tastefully decorated unit. All the appliances, even including a wine fridge. Every kitchen utensil, You might need during Your stay. Communication with owner was fast and efficient. But be prepared for some traffic noise!

the unit was quiet and we enjoyed the amenities it offered, sitting on the bedroom balcony in the mornings and evenings was peaceful, especially in the mornings whilst watching the rabbit, mourning doves and quail having “breakfast” on the lawn next to the pool, Mother Nature at her best.....thanks.... Stayed for four weeks and enjoyed every minute. The condo was very clean comfortable and stocked with everything you need. It is in a great location with plenty restaurants and shopping nearby. If we return to Scottsdale this would definitely be our first choice.

Outstanding condo with all modern conveniences and comfort

This unit has many excellent features. From comfortable bedding, great walk in shower, wonderful sheets and towels, a well equipped kitchen with new appliances, wood floors, great Tv's, reliable Wi-Fi, and two nice patios. The unit is well situated within the Racquet Club and the location could not be better for shopping, restaurants, access to the highway, hiking, exploring and riding bikes. The pool is kept very clean and the hot tub has forceful jets. I had a couple of minor maintenance issues during my 4 months that were addressed promptly. When returning to the unit after a long day I always felt happy to be home. This is a no brainer winner
