Beautiful home!! Everything was immaculate and well stocked including many thoughtful extras. The host was very helpful and always available for any questions. Our family of 7 including 2 young children enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would definitely book this house again!

Great, central location. The host was very responsive and helpful. House was stocked with everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Pool and Spa was clean and well maintained. House was very clean. Great office with stand-up desk. That was a plus. Will definitely stay again.

Every detail thought of

This is truly an exceptional renting experience. Every detail was considered. Office supplies, every utensil, zip lock baggies, professional blender, a clock in every room, superior communication anticipating every question before it could be asked. The spa and pool perfect temperatures. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, comfortable couch and how much we love cable TV to watch sports. Easy check-out. We rent a lot of VRBO's and this was amongst the very best. Rent without hesitation. We will be back.

Amazing!!

This home is exceptional. 10. This is our home of choice. We base our visits to Glendale on the availability of this home. We will not stay anywhere else. It is so quiet, private ,fully equipped with everything, comfortable, clean and close to everthing. The host’s are excellent. Quick to respond to any questions and have thought o everything. I think they thought what would we want if we were staying here and then set it up that way. Perfection is the best way to describe it. If you are coming to the Glendale/phoenix area start here any other home will be not as good. Outstanding Property

We rent homes a lot and this property is the most well equipped of any home we have ever rented. From the coffee bar to the welcome snacks. Pool towels and floats to the great deck chairs with fire pits. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals and a great grill in the backyard. Shawn provides it all!

Wonderful stay in Glendale

The house was exceptional. It was large and spacious with plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable and the adjustable base was a nice upgrade. The backyard was fabulous - we paid to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature for swimming our entire stay. In addition, the host had snacks and water for guests which was very appreciated. Overall, this was one of the nicest places we have stayed and I would highly recommend.

Perfect week - Great family home

We escaped the cold and snow to celebrate a family member’s birthday in sunny warm AZ. This property was perfect for our needs. This house had lots of extra special touches, snacks, water and full coffee bar were much appreciated. Large living area and kitchen allowed us to socialize. The heated pool and spa, a great way to just relax. Golf nearby and spring training game for entertainment.

We had a fantastic time visiting the area. Weather was perfect for taking advantage of the heated pool, hot tub, and bbq. Neighborhood is conveniently located with plenty to do in the area. Hot air balloons made a perfect vacay evening backdrop with family and friends. Every little detail is looked after and the house has a warm and welcoming feel about it. Stove top on opposite side of island from sink and refrigerator is tricky but measurably irrelevant given how easy and comfortable everything else is.

Another Amazing Visit!

This is our second time staying at this amazing home. We love the amount of space - both indoor and outdoor - the house offers for our large family! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal for 1 or 12. Beds are beyond comfortable - the 2 kings are adjustable, which was a nice feature for the grandparents. The best feature of this home? The backyard! All ages enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, fire table and yard. Our only "complaint" is not being able to access streaming apps on the TVs. Not a big deal but would have helped to keep our toddler entertained. This is a wonderful home and the owners are beyond accommodating and are very proactive with communications. We'll be back again!

Family Trip

The house was perfect, every detail was thought out. The location was great. It was about 30 min from Sky Harbor Airport. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. There is a wonderful trail just around the corner from the house, you can go for miles. Communication was prompt with Shawn, he is a wonderful host. We will definetly be back.

Such a comfortable stay

My friends and I so enjoyed our stay. The whole home is so comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches. One of my friends pointed out that often at least one bedroom in a vacation rental is an afterthought, with limited furnishings or an awkward layout, etc. This was not the case here - every single room was thoughtfully furnished. Our host Shawn was very communicative, giving us all the information we needed in advance of arrival, and quick to respond when we had any questions. We had one minor issue (dead batteries), and it was resolved in a matter of hours. I can't say enough good things about this home, and hope to return!

Amazing Home

If i could give 10 stars i would. I stay in VRBO homes about 6 times a year. This is hands down the best one I have ever stayed in on every level. The host was so very accommodating. The house was amazing. The welcome snacks and water was so nice. Home was spotless clean, completely stocked, beautifully decorated, huge kitchen, family room, dinning area open floor plan. Coffee bar is so awesome. Fully stocked with 3 choices of brewing. Beds were so comfortable and if you like TV there is one in every room and even outside on the patio. As great as the home was the neighborhood was a 10 as well. So quiet this coming from a farmer who lives on large acreage I know quiet. The pool was amazing. The yard is huge and private. This home is located in a high end area of homes and close to everything. So to wrap up. Home-10+ Location-10+ Cleanliness-10+ Comfort-10+ Host-Incredible (best ever) I come to Glendale 4-5 times a year and will only stay here

Great property!

Came to town for a baseball tournament. The house was fantastic. Had everything you needed and more. The beds and the couch were very comfortable! Shawn was very quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

For me and my family what stood out was all the little details throughout the house almost everything was thought of and we never found ourselves in need of any thing. The beautiful kitchen and living room was the best part of the home and my family really enjoyed the pool and hanging around the kitchen island for breakfast. The home is perfect for families and will be looking to come back next year.
