The open concept flow of the home will lead you to the bar area, which features a built-in refrigerator that can be stocked with an assortment of beer and soda, and everything you need to prepare your favorite cocktail (Bar stocking at extra fee). The adjacent dining area, which can accommodate up to six guests, sits just inside the French door access to the pool deck, making it the perfect spot for enjoying a meal with loved ones. Our "power bar" provides convenient storage and charging for all of your electronic devices.

Other Things to Note:
This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.

The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.

Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
