Home Away From Home AZ

Established in the center of Gilbert, this 4 bed 3 bath home is perfect distance from everything. The perfect getaway awaits amongst your visit here. The location includes new appliances, well kept furniture, a resort like pool and hot tub. The house has 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, a pullout couch and an inflatable mattress. Tv's are located through the premise as well as a desk to satisfy the new "working from home" normal. House is deeply cleaned and sanitized after every visit.

The house is at the corner of the street no neighbors one way, there is also a fire lane out front so that means no car traffic and it is walking distance to all neighborhood amenities such as pool, parks and fields.the pool pictured is a communitypool where the HOA decides maintenance and schedule. It is not in our control if the pool is over capacity or closed during the time the pool people are cleaning it/tests. Please understand the HOA communicates with us the night before that the pool or parks will undergo maintenance.

There will be complete privacy here, I will be just a text or phone call away. In the case of an emergency I work close to the premise and can be there as soon as possible if not someone from our team will. I will also hold a contactless check in to satisfy the new rules in place. I have a property manager dedicated solely to being available to answer any question any guest might have.


There are biking trails/ walking trails near the premise that go parallel to the 202 freeway. The house is located only 4 miles from an in-n-out, 4.1 miles from the Phoenix- Mesa Gateway airport, and 4.2 miles from the Polytechnic Campus. Bars are located all near the area with wonderful happy hours. Only a mile away from Target, Walmart, Chipotle, Starbucks Chick-fil-a, Texas Roadhouse and more (There is a beautiful trail that could lead you there by bike or walking).

There is room for 2 cars in our garage but also Ubers are very common around. We find Lyft to run cheaper in our area.

We rented this property in mid March for 28 days. On day 16 they closed the pool/hot to grind/resurface the concrete. This was planned maintenance the host should have known about. We NEVER would have stayed at a place without a pool/hot tub. It was closed for 44% of the time we rented it. The property did not meet our expectations. Our group was very disappointed.

Rented this Beautiful home for out of town guests and to throw a graduation party for my ASU Grad.

Beautiful home with a garage, beautiful neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants, pool was super clean with a hottub, yard was very small but huge courtyard in front where we could play games, and great owner who also provided a grill with lightable charcoal. Pretty much everything provided in kitchen and baths....no need for much else but your luggage! Parking was a little tricky and home could use a different cleaning company as the floors were forgotten but Edward catered to ALL our needs and was VERY Personable and Helpful!!

Wonderful Gilbert property!

We just returned from having spent 5 weeks at Edward's property in Gilbert, AZ and cannot say enough good things about the property and Edward as an extremely responsive host. We were "escaping" the Midwest winter for a few weeks to work remotely and visit family (including a daughter). The wi-fi speed and work space enabled remote working very capably. The neighborhood is located close to the 202 and just a few minutes from 60 so getting around the Phoenix metro is pretty easy. It is also a very safe neighborhood and very walkable (we walked every day). We have family that live close by so that was an added bonus for us. The house itself was well appointed in that it has new furniture, a nice kitchen, a large master suite and plenty of space. The back yard is a bit small but it is true to the pictures on the site so it was pretty much what we expected. The only problem we had was that our full size quad cab pick up would not fit in the garage by about 6" but other models may. However, street parking is very close by and was always available so not a big deal. I would highly recommend this house if you have plans to stay in Gilbert....in fact we liked it so much so we have already booked for next year!

Clean safe and comfortable- and a very nice house with very nice amenities. Very much appreciated that there were full-size toiletries and back ups available. Would have appreciated some plastic plates since we had young children but there were a couple of plastic cups. Love the games and books available and TVs and comfortable couches. Really appreciated the extra blanket available. Loved that it was part of A community with a park pool and Jacuzzi. They were beautiful and nice. Although we only had time to use the little park that had like a little rock climbing wall and spider net contraption to crawl up. Finding it was a little confusing at first but after that it was totally fine. So awesome to be able to park in the garage with access right into the kitchen. Such a great experience. Would have liked a few extra pillows but overall everything was super nice and easy. There was unexpected road construction nearby but I’m sure that will be done soon. There was food close by as well. Loved the safe walkable neighborhood community. And people are very friendly.
