★ DOORBELL CAMERA & SAFETY ★
For your peace of mind, a video doorbell camera is installed at the front door. It records activity at the entry only. There are no other cameras on the property, allowing you to enjoy your stay with complete privacy, both inside and in the backyard.

★ LONG STAYS ★
For reservations longer than 28 days, Arizona law requires a signed lease agreement and photo ID from all adult guests. We also need monthly cleanings at guests' expense to ensure the home stays in excellent condition and to avoid deep cleaning charges at checkout.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each checkout.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
