The gated community added a layer of comfort. We typically rent a single family home when we travel so I wasn’t sure about a condo with neighbors. I couldn’t have been happier. We met a lot of people at the pool and grilling area. Everyone was really nice. We had 2 vehicles so parking was a bit of a challenge with only one Assigned spot but finding a community spot after you knew what to look for was pretty easy.

The condo was clean and very safe. The property was beautiful. The owner was very friendly and helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. Everything went great while we were there for 10 days with no issues and my son especially loved walking around the property in the evening. Everyone was very friendly.

Joel’s property was just as described. Clean, quiet and enjoyable. The location was not too far from nice places to eat and shop. We definitely enjoyed family time playing PacMan. That was an added delight. The kitchen had more than enough cookware to fix a meal for the family. Really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly host not great location

The host was very friendly, the location was not ideal for us. The pool area was nice and the gated community was nice. The neighborhood around the area wasn’t as nice. It was farther away from the places and restaurants we wanted. The main bathroom shower wasn’t the greatest to work either. But the room was clean and everything. Also keep in mind there isn’t shampoo or coffee for the coffee machine! The pool isn’t right outside the door either, it’s a little walk but not bad!

Host was very nice, responsive and provided lots of information. Condo is modern and very nicely decorated, but a bit worn down. Kitchen needs to be restocked (pans are worn, the table settings are not the same and or in various numbers)... we tried to cook for my parents the first night but it was challenging with both space and stuff. Cleaning hadn't been great of the kitchen gear either so we spent a bit of time re-washing. It is a great condo if you plan to eat out most of the time. Most of what you see - both from the condo and when walking/driving in the neighborhood - is parking lots and cars. The pool area closest to the condo is nice and there is a BBQ there. The location of the neighborhood is convenient... close to the airport, close to North Mountain for hiking, and close to shopping, etc. My kids really enjoyed the PacMan machine. Though very bright in the pictures, the condo felt more dark in reality (we were there in December, where it is a little less sunny but we had nice weather). The blind in the guest bedroom didn't work so it was stuck down, contributing to the dark feeling. The heating unit can be quite noisy when on, so not great for light sleepers in the guest bedroom. Owner is aware of the window blind and the frying pans so I am sure those elements will get addressed/improved.

Difficult to navigate

Very difficult to find, hard to get into unit parking is far from unit. Host needs to get new cleaning lady there was Margarita left in and on the mixer. And had to clean all pots and pans befor cooked due to food left in. Unit was nice just a little dark. No light. Liked pac man!!
