We arrived late at night had a problem locating the unit, when we did locate the unit the door wouldn't unlock had to call the number and spoke with a representative who confirmed that was the correct unit. After digging in the VrBo app messages I was given two different unit numbers, So I called again and was told what happened that the unit was not cleaned yet and was given another unit. When we finally got into the room and ready my bed my wife pulled back the blanket and found hair and crumbs on top of the sheets. I contacted them again in the morning and was told they would have the other unit cleaned and we could switch when it was completed. Never heard anything all day. I contacted them again late in the day explaining that we had plans that evening and needed to make the switch. We left for our dinner reservation and 20 mins after we leave they message me telling me that we can switch and they are deactivating the door code for the unit we are currently in, So I had to call again and inform them that wouldn't be ok as we are not there and our belongings are still in the unit. Was told we could switch later that night or first thing in the morning. Got back to the apartment late that night my wife and I didn't feel like making the switch that night, contacted them first thing in the morning and was told that unit was already booked and they would have to clean another unit and it would be later in the day. At that point I'm over it I'm tired of dealing with this.
