The Space:

Picture this: mini golf before breakfast, a lazy afternoon by the pool, and a fire pit glowing once the desert sky cools down. This spacious Scottsdale retreat is built for exactly that kind of day, and the whole crew fits comfortably with room to spare.

The chef's kitchen comes fully stocked with high-end appliances and tons of counter space, so whoever's on breakfast duty has room to spread out, and the dining table seats 10 for whenever the whole group gathers. The living room's oversized sofa and 60" smart TV make for an easy wind-down spot, while the real magic happens out back: a private pool, hot tub, fire pit with plenty of seating, a BBQ setup, corn hole, and mini golf all waiting for you.



This one's built for big groups and multigenerational trips alike, with three full bathrooms to share around. Our local team is on hand throughout your stay, so you can just relax and enjoy everything Scottsdale has to offer.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home, from every bedroom to that resort-style backyard, with the exception of two locked owner's closets.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a quiet, established Scottsdale neighborhood, you're just a short drive from Old Town Scottsdale's galleries, boutique shopping, and lively restaurant and bar scene. Golf lovers will love being close to several well-known courses, and the Scottsdale Waterfront's canal-side dining is an easy trip too. Sky Harbor Airport is roughly 20-25 minutes away, making arrivals and departures a breeze.



Getting Around:

A car makes it easiest to explore everything Scottsdale has to offer, though ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, especially handy for nights out in Old Town.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Driveway parking is available for 2 cars, with up to 4 vehicles allowed on-site at one time.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
