Located in beautiful Scottsdale, Unit has reclining leather couch and recliner. king size master bed, Wi-Fi, Tropitone patio Chairs and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Beautiful Pool area w/BBQ. Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Golf and Mayo Clinic. Near 92nd and Shea Boulevard, just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. It is located in a very convenient central location. This two-story townhouse is in a Small Quiet, Gated community, and was built in 1998 with 1250 square feet and attached, Two-car garage. This unit is fully furnished and has its own small private patio... just bring your clothes and swimsuits!

Pool area is beautifully landscaped with gas grills and covered patio area - perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening.
Mayo Clinic is about four miles away. Golf, Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment are abundant and just minutes away. Long Bike/Walking path is nearby.

My first VRBO experience

Great experience!! From booking to directions to our condo stay everything went smoothly. Don was very attentive, checking in with me throughout my stay. We wanted for nothing. Even found an umbrella when needed. The condo was very clean and organized and the property very clean and quiet. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Would Highly Recommend This Place!

From the moment we booked the rental Don was in communication with us! He even made contact with us several times during our stay to make sure we had all we needed! If you had any questions he was very quick to get back to you. The place is as described and very well laid out. The light switches are even labeled so no guessing! It's in a quiet neighborhood and the property and community are very clean. This place was very well stocked with towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, cleaning products, garbage bags, just the things you may need at a get a way! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

We enjoyed the condo and the area it was in. Very clean and well kept up and quiet.

This is a great place to stay and there are many things to do in the area. Close to everything you need and the owner was very kind and caring. People in the condo area were also very friendly.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was so detailed as far as where things are and where to find things . Don the owner was always making sure we were doing ok and making sure we had everything we needed . I have rented from VRBO at least a dozen times never had a more responsive owner and accessible owner as far as communication. The place was perfect . Spring Training Fun

Best VRBO I have experienced

Everything about this VRBO was fantastic. It was extremely clean, updated and stocked with everything (including paper towels, dishwasher soap, pool towels, and everything else). Don was a pleasure to deal with. He checked in with us regularly to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again, but unfortunately it is already booked! Hoping for the future. The development was quiet and well maintained. Location is central to the greater Scottsdale area making shopping, hiking, pickle ball, and tourist activities easily accessible.

Located in wonderful area with amazing food choices nearby. Impeccably clean accommodations with everything one could possibly need. Central location made getting to destinations quick and easy. Great hiking and walking trails are very close including Mayo Clinic trail, Lost Dog and Fountain Hills. Highly recommend Frank Loyd Wright Taliesin West tour about 10 minute drive away. Communication from host was amazing! Highly recommend, would definitely come again!

Absolutely amazing

This property was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and was close to places to eat and walking trails. Don was so accommodating and was amazing to deal with. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat. We had no issues here and can’t wait to come back. I wish I could give more stars we are so happy. Don is easy to communicate with and a great host. We had no issues with anything in the unit so we didn't need to contact Don or the management company with any issues. My wife and the other couple that joined us are already looking forward to renting Ed's unit again.

Fantastic townhouse and location

Don's home is absolutely fantastic - we couldn't find a better place in Scottsdale! The neighborhood is great with selection of supermarkets and cafes, close to everything but also very quiet and safe. The property is very well maintained. The townhome has everything that may be needed for a vacation of a long-term stay, everything is very well organized, new and super clean. Don is a wonderful host - super responsive and goes above and beyond to help the guests get the most of their experience. I'd not look any further, and hope we will be back soon!

Nicely furnished, comfortable, clean, spacious and well organized rental. Fantastic owner that was responsive and considerate. Pool and hot tub were heated in the cooler temps in the evening taking out all the strain from long hikes in the surrounding area. Excellent access to so many wonderful attractions, we'll have to go back since we couldn't do them all.

Comfortable Townhouse

Reasonably priced very nice two bedroom townhouse conveniently located in a gated community with a pool near shopping and an expressway interchange in Central Scottsdale. Both bedrooms are on the second floor with the master having a comfortable king with a bathroom with both a tub and shower stall. Clean, well ordered and recommended.
