Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Where do i begin? The area looked a bit sketchy but whatever. So i checked in and got to my room and noticed a terrible smell when i walked through the door, like old socks but i got passed that. Then i looked down and what team passed my foot, a roach. Before i could react i noticed a puddle of water coming from the refrigerator which was leaking everywhere. I called the front desk to inform her of all this and to change my room but she didn't seem like it was too important to her and said that they were completely booked and i would need to call in the morning to see what they could do. I said that's not going to work so she said call back in 10 minutes to see what she could do. After 10 minutes of hell i called back and eventually she moved me to another room down the hall. The new room was a better only because the fridge wasn't leaking everywhere however the staff was in a room or office across the way talk as loud as possible so everyone could hear their conversation. Oh and by the way, there were roaches in this room as well. Overall, my experience was horrible and i would not recommend this place not even to my enemy. Stay away unless you want to take a few roaches home as sovereign.
