'Great place to stay!'

'Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service...

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back.'

'The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow'

'It was incredibly expensive to be so far from everything and it felt old and run down. Definitely would not stay here again without some upgrades to the property for the price.'

'The staff was rude to my husband; The whole place smelled like urn! Their handicap accessibility was less than desirable, it was verry difficult to get in the Front door, the room door was also quite hard to get out of! The shower bench was rusted out from the wall, and I was afraid to shower using their bathroom accommodations for the wheelchair access. We had to argue to get towels as they said the limit was only two!! We just wanted one extra!! and Let's NOT forget the SMELL!!'
