This beautiful three-bedroom beach cottage is situated in the perfect location, with 10 metres of private beach and simply breath taking views of The English Channel beyond.

Located in the small coastal town of Pevensey Bay you are just a 10 minute stroll to the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The larger towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill can be reached within a short 15 minute drive.

All though it is hard to look anywhere else this wonderful home isn't just all about the views, the clever open layout and attention to detail has really made this property a comfortable home from home.

The open plan living area benefits from a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast island, a cosy living area with an L-shaped sofa and smart TV. With an added touch of luxury there is a gorgeous piano that sits next to the glass fronted patio doors where you can create an evening song.

The bedrooms have been well furnished with the master bedroom enjoying a king bedroom and a private terrace over looking Pevensey Bay. The second room is a twin room and the third bedroom is a quadruple room with two sets of bunkbeds.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over and all linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels), for stays of two weeks or more, a second set will be provided.

One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.

The property has free WiFi throughout and also has two off road parking spaces at the front of the property.
