« great location on the edge of Oakham, easy walking to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Road parking was fine but the road is quite narrow with cars parked up both sides. lots of outdoor activities at Rutland water. Only 20 minute drive from the historic town of Stamford.plenty of hot water and house lovely and warm. »

« Paul and his mam are excellent hosts and made us most welcome. The welcome pack was huge and a lovely touch. The cottage is stunning and quiet. Everything you need is in there and our dog loved the garden. Amenities are within walking distance and the main roads are easily accessible too. We were blessed with good weather and came home wishing we had booked a fortnight. »
