'Very hospital en friendly owner. Beautiful house (at about a15 minutes climb by car). Nice, well equipped, terrace with a wonderful view. Clean bedrooms with good beds. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets. Clean en nice bathrooms with good showers. Well equipped kitchen. We recommend it.'

'Our time in Tuscany was absolutely wonderful, Franco was such a great host, he had a snack and a beverage waiting for us and it was a pleasure to visit with him. 'We were celebrating with our family the 45 years of marriage of my parents. The house and facilities were clean and great. The view, the pool, pizza oven and garden were our favorites. We have visited Lucca and Collodi during this week. As this house is in the wine area of Tuscany we visit one of these wine houses. The contact and communication with the family of the house was very nice, quick and enthousiastic. We had contact with Mario and Elisa. If we had questions, they were there! Thank you...

'Bij aankomst was het 16,5 graden in een kil en vochtig gebouw. Je zou verwachten dat de host de verwarming vast enigszins zou hebben aangezet. De verwarming werkte niet, dus de eerste nacht was klam en kil. Het duurde na herstel 3 dagen voor het huis redelijk op temperatuur was. Verder is heel veel heel oud. Bedden, stoelen, keuken. Wel voldoende serviesgoed en bestek. Tijdens ons verblijf doken diverse gebreken op. De eigenaren zijn hulpvaardig, maar de accommodatie is gewoon heel erg matig.'

'We really enjoyed staying in casa al melo. A rural, quiet and lovely place to stay with our family of 4. Altough the pool was not heated, is was a perfect cooling in the hot weather. The view over the moutains were stonning. The owner supplied us regularly with fresh vegetables from their land and local products. A tomato salad never tasted that good 😊. The only minus was that althe supermarket was not closeby, but hey, that’s worth the sacrifice!'

'Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in guter und ruhiger Lage sehr genossen. Ein problemloser Check-in, ein guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der Garten, der einen schönen Auslauf für unseren Hund bot, haben dazu beigetragen. Strand, kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß, in etwa 10 Minuten, erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal.'

Great location that is both private for chill time (very spacious and relaxing yard, fantastic pool) and proximate to Lucca, wine tasting and other site seeing. Leandro kept in touch before, during, and just before leaving to make sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful. Highly recommended!'

'La casa di Enrico è proprio come te l'aspetti corrisponde perfettamente alle immagini dell'annuncio. Anzi forse ci sono una tutta una serie di dettagli che non sono nemmeno presenti in descrizione. Il giardino è immenso la vasca idromassaggio grande, grandi anche gli spazi esterni per mangiare all'aria aperta. La casa in sé è piccolina ma non manca assolutamente nulla. Non sono riuscita a trovare un utensile che non fosse presente! Enrico poi è super gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima...

'We were a group of 11 persons. The house was perfect for a large group. Everyone had his own bedroom with private bathroom but we had all meals together. If you like to cook, the house is really well equipped with kitchen facilities. The host was very helpful and attentive. We will be back.'

'-Magnifique maison , ( chambres et salle de bain spacieuses et tout est très bien équipé ….) emplacement très pratique pour visiter la vallée de la Garfagnana….. tout est rapidement accessible en voiture ….génial pour les amateurs de randonnées.Les propriétaires sont très serviables .les frais de ménages et de linges sont compris dans le prix de la location .( ce qui est rarement le cas en Italie ) -Petite route très étroite et sinueuse pour accéder au logement….l accès à la piscine est payant...

'Deze vakantiewoning in Toscane ligt zo ver van de bewoonde wereld dat alle gewone dingen die je doet als je op vakantie bent( terrasje pikken, vers brood halen, 's avonds uit eten) een stuk lastiger worden. De coördinaten van deze woning zijn niet te vinden op google: ruim 2,5 kilometer de berg op met allerlei haarspeldbochten, is zelfs voor een ervaren rijder een opgave. Eenmaal boven vind je een nogal gedateerd huis, dat niet toegerust is op zes personen. Zo waren er maar twee wijnglazen, een...

'Bij aankomst bleek het zwembad leeg, vies en veel huidsmeer te bevatten. Het cleaningsbedrijf had pas 1 week voor onze aankomst de op dracht gekregen om het te reinigen terwijl we in februari geboekt hebben. Het cleaningsbedrijf treft geen blaam, ze hebben hun best gedaan. Jammer dat we maar ruim 1 dag van het zwembad gebruik konden maken. Ook bij aankomst bleek de wifi niet te werken dit werd pas na 4 dagen opgelost. De correspondentie voorafgaand ging zeer moeizaam. We hadden een extra...

'Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd in Toscane gehad. Het huis is fijn, prachtige omgeving, uitzicht op de bergen, heerlijk rustig. Het weggetje op het laatst is even wennen. Iedere dag de berg af geweest om wat te bezichtigen. Lucca, pisa, florence, zee, marmergroeve, barga. Prima te doen met de auto. Lekker eten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar'
