The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

'My expectations were quite high because I have stayed at other Wyndham Costs del Sol hotels in Peru. My stay at this Wyndham costa del sol did not live up to my expectations basically because of the personnel at the reception. The hotel has a great location and good facilities though it is a bit outdated. When checking in I did not get the usual vip access as good member, but ok. The checkout was horrible though. A group of about 20 persons just arrived at 11am when I wanted to checkout. Good...

'Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!'
