Our capacity for your group for Spring and Summer is 24 Couples and 12 individuals or children for a total of 36 persons. During some weeks we can just book your a couple of suites for you. Please note if you would like to book the Villa exclusively for your use during your stay this is possible by reservation.

The Country House Capanneto has 12 individually decorated charming and cozy suite apartments . You can choose just one or the entire property for your stay. Each Suite one has it's own bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Great restaurants are only 15 minutes by car. We have high quality modern supermarkets nearby as well as scenic markets where you can get local fresh Tuscan and Umbrian fruit, vegtables, cheese and wine.
The villa's huge great room is a beautiful space where you can also get together for events and to enjoy quality time together, wine-tasting, enjoying gourmet treats and planning your tours throughout the glorious green countryside to see historic towns and breathtaking scenery.
