A small private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors;

A fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and toaster;

A garden with flowers and plants;

A spacious solarium with outdoor furniture.



The spaces are carefully furnished and equipped with everything needed to feel at home, whether for short or long stays.



Paid air conditioning is available in the bedroom and kitchen, and can be activated using a coin-operated device.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The garden and solarium are shared spaces with other tenants.



Check-in is carried out via self check-in, to ensure maximum flexibility and freedom in arrival times.



To allow self check-in and comply with Italian legal requirements, it is necessary to send the identity documents of all guests in advance before arrival.

Small pets are accepted upon request.
