« I have been taken by Expedia I cannot believe that they have done what they have done I have asked many times for someone to call me with Expedia and nothing has been done they have taken 454 of my hard earned money and they have kept it I did not stay one night at this motel I don't have any type of information and therefore it won't prompt me to speak to a customer service person an actual person I'm dealing with this AI idiotic stuff which is absolutely ridiculous I'm requesting once again...

« It was just ok. Considering the price its fine. The room was not as clean as expected with the good reviews I read on here. There was visible dirt and grime in all of the corners and even a pretzel on the floor. Our room was filled with the smell of pot at one point in the night. Walls were thin. « As this was a budget, one-night stay, our expectations weren’t high. The older building, musty smells, etc. were expected. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. We were only given one room key and two towels for family of five people (and yes, we were upcharged for our fifth person, our third child). No plug for the bathtub eliminated a bath as an option.
