- To access the front of the property, you`ll need to walk up a beautiful set of limestone stairs surrounded by beautiful lush, green gardens. Once you reach the top landing, you will see the front door and to the right the front porch area (this is an open space and is not fenced) with a lovely modular outdoor lounge where you can sit back & enjoy the sunshine overlooking the main street.
- Enter the property and you`ll be greeted by the open plan lounge, dining & kitchen space.
- Spacious lounge area looking out to the front porch area, boasting 1 x three seater leather lounge & 1 x two seater leather lounge. Corner entertainment unit with a smart TV & sound system. There is also a ceiling fan in this space perfect for those warm summer evenings!

• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront.
