'Alex Hotel is the perfect location for relaxing in the city. Location is 'cool' (Northbridge) and the vibes in the Alex Hotel are.......Alex. Healthy food and guests with slippers, but than the Aussie posh/classy way. Not Vogue or Harpers Bazaar, but Cosmopolitan. It is Australia so 'no worries mate! Yes the Alex is relax and chic but the Aussie way. And I think than that you understand what I mean.. '

'Our room was huge with a separate lounge room, all clean . Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Close to walk into the city and restaurants, would definitely stay again.'

'Great hotel, very comfortable. Pool would be better if it showed a view. Being on the deck serves little purpose now as plants are blocking the entire view. Also, it's better to add some chairs when busy. '

'I didnt need to have reakfast as i had my own cereals. The staff and the room was good except for the view i was looking at a building. But overall i enjoyed my stay especially all the staff were very helpful. Excellent 💯😊 Warm Regards Sandra.👌'

Room was next to stairs noisy from people going up and down who where staying there, and noisy from the moving stuff around in restaurant (kegs) Didn't hear the noise of the busy pub on Saturday night due to where room located. Would stay again if room is 1-3'

'Good location. Rooms were very clean and staff were very hospitable and friendly. The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel had amazing food and worth the visit. The pub attached to the hotel was also very good and had a great vibe.'

'Voor een paar nachten prima. Beter niet voor dit hotel koezen als het warm of juist koud is buiten. Wij waren er in mei (begin winter) en het was nog best warm. Een raam open zetten hebben we de eerste nacht gedaan, maar het vuilnis wordt midden in de nacht opgehaald, als ook de straat schoongeveegd. Je hebt de hele nacht lawaai op straat als je aan de kant van de weg zit met je kamer. Tweede nacht raam dicht gehouden en geprobeerd de airco aan te zetten. Dit kon niet, alleen op verwarm stand....

'Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip.'
