« Callled ahead to say I was arriving late because of a plane delay... took 10 minutes to find some at the front desk at 2:00 in the morning cuz they were asleep. Then the credit card machine didn't work for my $50 deposit I almost fell asleep standing up person had no idea what she was doing room was filthy dirty. Supposed to have breakfast until 9:30 I got down there at 9:20 and they already had shut it down. This place sucks »

« We loved the room as there was lots of storage space and plugins. Our biggest disappointment though was with the breakfast. With an hour left in the continental service, everything was out. Even the utensils and coffee were out and there was not active staff around checking to keep everything refilled. As a family we enjoy having breakfast in hotels together but this was a big letdown. »
